This was a real treat after a long day of Christmas shopping. The restaurant is visible from the street on the corner and has parking in a closed in deck just feet away from the entrance. The restaurant is very clean inside and outside. The women's restroom was also clean. The wait line was fast and food was delivered to the table pretty quickly. It tasted like they prepared after it was ordered because it was "pleasantly " piping hot! The portion size is great! I ordered the butter milk onion rings and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. While eating I felt like I was a judge on Beat Bobby Flay. There was SO much flavor in each element of the meal. I tasted flavor in the chicken, the slaw, the sauce and even the pickles! The onion rings were large and crispy outside but delicate and soft inside and the ranch dipping sauce was nothing like I've tasted before. This food is a flavor bomb by far!! If you e never tried his restaurant before, you owe it to yourself to do so. The menu is pretty large so I guess I'll be back to try the burger the next time. There is also a veggie burger. The manager was dressed neatly and extremely friendly. Service with a smile is what's happening here. Come check them out when you get a second. You can't miss this big brick buildin on the corner!

Had a great experience at Bobby Burger at Bobby's Bay! The staff were super sweet, welcoming, and attentive, and the place was spotless. The service was impressively fast, and I loved that they ask how you want your meat cooked--definitely a nice touch for a burger spot. I ordered the Palace Classic Burger, and it was fantastic! The meat was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The sweet potato fries were also a highlight--crispy and delicious. While I was a bit disappointed they didn't have cheddar cheese (only American cheese), it wasn't a dealbreaker, and the overall flavor was still great. My family tried the shakes, and they were a hit too. The ambiance is fun and inviting, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Definitely worth a visit!

I loved this place because my daughter enjoyed her burger, and my family enjoyed the ambiance. The burgers were delicious, and the sweet potato fries were crunchy and crispy. We had a great time during our visit to this North Carolina location. The fast food-style restaurant's self-service ordering system made the experience quite convenient. I will be back when I'm in the area. You're doing a great job, Bobby!

Tried the chicken sandwich, it was alright. Salt is the most forward flavor when you take a bite. The batter is nicely crispy, but quite salty. The chicken? It's good. The slaw isn't at all flavor forward but the pickles are quite good. The fries were good, crispy and hot, salted well Overall about the same experience as before, $21 for sandwich, fries and fountain drink which is about normal for food in the SouthPark neighborhood

Decided to try this place out this evening to see if it was worth the hype. We arrived just before 7pm and they weren't busy at all. We ordered the Smokehouse burger and the Nacho burger onion rings and the sweet potato fries and 1 fountain drink. There were a few hiccups with both sandwiches even though our server input the request correctly. I requested both Bobby's sauce on the side for the smokehouse which was missed. The bacon was cooked to perfection. And for the nacho burger, the request for salsa to be on the side which they put on the burger and not the nacho sauce. Sweet potato fries were overcooked and a pinch too much salt. Onion rings were good. We paid over $40 for 2 people which was pricey for this type of food. Frank was working the lobby and was extremely nice! He was very pleasant and got the items that were missed. Overall, a decent burger and would try again at some point.

Dang- this was a good burger! I was a little surprised with as many burger joints we have in town that this one would stick out but it sure did. Ordered a few things to go to meet some friends for lunch so we got the BBQ Burger, The Crunch, a Chicken Sandwich and a plain cheese burger. Our party agreed all were some of the best we had. The Chicken Sandwich got all thumbs up. The to go packing was so good and the food was Fresh with lots of Flavor. The sauces are all a must- but I was into the ranch/dill one the most with the yummy fries. The onion rings also Fire! The staff was super friendly and the manager was very busy greeting people encouraging employees and sweeping at the same time. Can't wait for my next visit. Going to eat there and try a shake.
